Q. What kind of training do your Drivers receive to service people with disabilities?
A. Our Drivers receive specialized training to service those with debilitating injuries, brain trauma, various disabilities and a host of medical conditions. We also instruct our Drivers on the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the needs and rights of our consumers to ensure a high level of service for our clients.
Q. What kind of assistance do your Drivers provide?
A. Our Drivers offer assistance to all clients. We stress the importance of providing door-to-door assistance. If you ride with TKG Transportation, you will be offered assistance from your residence to the vehicle and from the vehicle to or inside of the door of your destination.
Q. Are there any fees for canceling trips?
A. You may cancel your trip within 12 hours of the scheduled pick-up time without charge. If a trip is canceled with less than 12-hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the ride charge, not to exceed $150.
